Step 02

Connect in 90 seconds

Open the Halo app, tap the sensor when it appears, enter your WiFi password. The app walks you through naming the room and adding whoever sleeps there.

Halo creates a baseline over the first few nights. After that it knows what normal looks like for each person — and what to flag when something changes.

Sleep.
Halo never stops.

Go to bed. While you sleep, Halo builds your health picture — breathing rate, sleep stages, heart rate, and any anomalies worth flagging. Wake up to a sleep score and anything you should know.

If something happens that can't wait — a fall, an extended breathing pause — Halo notifies whoever you choose, in real time. Everything else waits until morning so it doesn't interrupt your sleep.
